OnLine Guide Project for the California State Automobile Association

Work done by Robertson Associates in developing the technology for the California State Automobile Association, OnLine Guide Project has been acknowledged in the winning of the awards listed below.

Windows World Open - Brilliant Solutions, Winner
Customer Service/Customer Support Systems

Awarded by: Microsoft, Computerworld and Softbank/Comdex, presented by Bill Gates to CSAA manager Autumn Wagner.

This unique contest is designed to showcase the world's best custom applications. These applications represent outstanding custom development and the next generation of network computing.

This competition recognizes and awards developers, and their companies, who have implemented innovative customer applications which provide an effective business solution for their company or organization.

Although this contest honors the owners of the solution, I can't stress enough the key role third party developers play in custom applications. - Bill Gates

Awarded by: International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI)

A comprehensive award category for a submission composed of several interventions, including in this case, as a Performance Aid and a New Systematic Application. This award recognizes outstanding results derived from the application of human performance technology.

Awarded by: American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
