Aetna Health Plans - Partners in Health Kiosk

For Aetna Health Plans we developed two programs created to help an Aetna customer's employees learn about a new plan and about how to manage their health care. Additionally, the programs are used by Aetna to competitively enhance their product line as they seek new customers.

Used in an all-employee health fair, the Partners in Health Kiosk effectively generates interest and excitement about a new company-wide health plan. This multimedia kiosk presents beautiful graphics and sound, engaging employees, who are given a fun and informative quiz and a survey to find out what further resources they would want to help them manage their health care better.

Aetna Health Plans - Choosing your PCP

The follow-up program, Choosing Your PCP, is used on the employee's desktop to help employees understand and set important personal preferences to select primary care physicians from among the hundreds available in their area. The program also included a checklist of their special concerns and a personalized letter to candidate doctors setting up an interview appointment.

Amoco - VIP Profiler

The VIP Profiler is a personnel data resource providing quick access to information about top Amoco staff members and fast-track individuals. Users can view specific employee records by clicking through an organization chart of the management structure, selecting names from an electronic phone book, or by entering search criteria to get a list of qualified names. Each employee record includes a photograph, personal information, employment and salary history, educational history, and other information. The application also allows security protected remote access to the server from remote computers.

Apple Computer - HyperGold

HyperGold is a comprehensive Human Resources Management System, networked to the corporate human resources database, and directly to the Managers. This system includes an interface for managing HR information, including: approval processes, calendar creation, and the secure downloading of personnel information. All managers can access password-protected records stored remotely on a central server. The system user can perform employee reviews, recommend salary and other compensation changes, forward information to direct reports or to managers for review and approval.

National Semiconductor - Performance Review

Performance Review is a custom application developed for National Semiconductor that leads managers and employees step by step through performance goal setting and performance evaluation (including the weighing of intangible factors). Included is the production of a finished printed report summarizing the review.

Price Waterhouse - Aetna Portfolio Management Prototype
