Wayne Robertson, President

    Wayne Robertson is founder and president of Robertson Associates. During more than 16 years of experience, he has pioneered advances in computer software design and multimedia technologies with award-winning applications in performance support, marketing, training, and human resources management.

    From 1987-1992 Wayne was co-founder and President of HyperPro, Inc., through which the Robertson team quickly achieved a reputation for design excellence and produced applications that have since been featured in the financial and industry press. Wayne produced over 200 projects, managing client relationships and personally contributing to product design, development, quality control, and project management.

    In 1986-87 Wayne worked in Product Development at Apple Computer, where he managed systems software quality assurance for the Macintosh System, Tools and System Utilities products during the emergence of the Macintosh II product line.

    Previously, Wayne served as Vice-President of Micro/Macro Systems in New York City, where he headed the development of legal expert systems on PCs and as Vice President of BITS, Inc., a mainframe programming consulting firm, during a three year project for Citibank

    A noted speaker at business conferences, Wayne effectively communicates a practical vision for how technology solutions can serve business needs. His frequent speaking engagements have included the International Society for Performance Improvement, Interactive '96, and the American Society for Training and Development.

    Wayne has a background in the performing arts and is admitted to legal practice in New York State. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois, and a B.A. in Economics.



Brian Duggan, Senior Business Systems Consultant

    Brian Duggan has been a Business Consultant for fifteen years. His areas of expertise include Software Development, Marketing, Sales Management, and Strategic Planning. For most of that time he has been president of his own firm, where he specialized in providing his clients with performance solutions to improve information management, sales and marketing effectiveness, and other business results.

     His advertising and marketing experience includes the creation of large expositions. This event marketing background led him to develop strengths in sponsorship sales and development, cooperative marketing campaigns and strategic alliances. He has an extensive print advertising background including advertising sales experience ranging up to the Ad Director/Associate Publisher level.

     In recent years, Brian has recognized the increasingly central role which computer technology has played in solving the business problems faced by his clients, especially those seeking to become "learning organizations". This led him to join Robertson Associates two years ago as a way to better serve organizations that are seeking improved performance and better management of their corporate knowledge.



Andrew Jamieson, Senior Programmer

    Andrew Jamieson is a senior programmer with 20 years experience in Unix-based and PC Systems. Andrew has experience working with C, Visual C++ and Visual Basic projects, managing teams of programmers.

     He has an extensive background with large database applications, particularly as applied to the needs of banks and other large institutions. Recent past projects have included work on systems for TRW, New York Life, Bank of America and the California State Automobile Association. Andrew has completed his M.S. in computer science and has a B.A. from Harvard College.


Zev Rattet, Senior Programmer/Interface Designer

     Zev Rattet is a Senior Programmer and Interface Designer who has designed and developed numerous Windows-based custom applications using Toolbook and Visual Basic. Most of these applications involved a database interface, multimedia presentation, and training materials. Some have included development of authoring systems to enable client development of new training programs with a pre-structured authoring tool. He has also written documentation for a variety of software applications as well as scientific equipment and research groups.



Rik Barr, Quality Assurance Engineer

     Rik Barr is a Quality Assurance specialist with skills in PC and Macintosh maintenance, software and network installation and configuration. He sets up backup and data archiving systems and handles version control for development and new release software. He manages incident reporting systems and budgets for programmer error correction activities. Rik has performed roles as an internet researcher and as a production coordinator for software projects.
